Q: How often are there new drops?
New drops happen every 1 or 2 months.
Q: How can I get a refund?
We offer full refunds on all products prior to shipping or if items are damaged. Please note, if customs fees are not paid and your order is returned to us, you will be required to cover the shipping fees for the order to be resent. Additionally, failure to pay customs fees does not entitle you to a full refund. In cases where a refund is sought, please be aware there is a 50% restocking fee.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
We ship all purchases within 7 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS and UPS. Generally, you can expect your items within 2-3 Days. However, there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in long delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 2 weeks, please contact us.
Q: When will I receive my pre-order?

Q: What About International Duties?
We Offer Pre-Paid International Shipping Duties: To ensure a hassle-free delivery process, all international shipping duties (Delivered Duty Paid, DDP) are now automatically calculated and charged at the time of checkout. This means that the import tax is pre-paid, and your package will arrive without the need for additional payments for customs duties.
No Manual Payment Required: As our international customer, you do not need to worry about paying customs fees manually at your local post office or through the shipping carrier's website. The duties are handled by us upfront to streamline your delivery experience.
Changes to Orders: In the event that an order is modified after placement, the duty amount may be subject to change. If this occurs, the customer will be notified of any additional charges or refunds.
Duty Refunds: If an order is returned, the duties paid are typically not refundable through our platform. Customers may need to contact their local customs office for information about duty refunds.
50% Restocking Fee for International Orders:
In cases where a refund is sought, be aware that there is a 50% restocking fee applied to international orders.
